Seattle Storm – Scissor Rub

The Seattle Storm used this set during the 2021 season. The ball is dribbled to the up the floor quickly and a dribble-hand-off occurs between the point guard and the wing. The ball is then entered into the high post and the two top players cut off the post, both looking to receive the handoff and score. In this case, the second cutter finds the opening to attack the rim and get an easy lay-up. Great play call and execution by the Storm!
